The app runs GDPR-compliant on EU servers. AI text is generated via established providers.
Can I use my own AI account?
Yes. Store your own provider key under Account and no request touches our provider account any more — including Azure OpenAI, Mistral in the EU, or a model on your own infrastructure via an endpoint URL. AI cost and quota then sit with your provider, and our capacity limits no longer apply to you.
How do we control who sees our data?
Every organisation is strictly separated; nobody outside your team can see your products, cards or sparring sessions. Inside the team there are roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer), and training progress and sparring transcripts stay personal — managers see training activity, not the wording of someone's answers. Access is removed the moment a seat is revoked, and you can delete your content at any time.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your content is processed to produce your answer and nothing else. We do not train models on it, and we use providers whose business terms rule out training on API data. With your own AI key the question does not arise at all — your terms with your provider apply.
Can I train without a screen?
Yes. The audio guide (beta) reads your cards aloud step by step and pauses so you can answer out loud — say, on the train between two appointments, on a walk or at the gym. Available in German and English.
