We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Refund requests made after 14 days from the initial subscription date
• Violations of our Terms of Service
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first
